I am an autistic person

The information on this website has been written to help as many autistic people as possible, your friends, families and the professionals who support you to find meaningful and fulfilling activities.

Each autistic person is different and has different skills, abilities and needs. Some may have passed exams and have particular qualifications, but others not.

We have tried to reflect a wide choice of options here, but you will need to make sure that they suit your needs. We do not assume that if you need additional support it means you cannot do any particular activity.

This site exists to help you make your own choices, supported if needed by those who know you best.
