Workplace Assessments – a Twitter poll

We asked “Do you think that a workplace assessment which identifies reasonable adjustments for an autistic person should only be done by assessors with in depth knowledge and understanding of autism?”

The response was an overwhelming 95% in agreement. Sadly we know that that all too frequently assessors do not have that knowledge and understanding.
